Turvy is a 3+ month old Labrador Retriever mix, weighing 15 pounds (on 5.11). He leashes and walks well. He came in with his sister, Topsy. He is very playful, animated, and excited. He is happy, friendly, and outgoing. Be aware that he is a puppy and chews and has sharp teeth and nails. He is healthy and has had his first set of puppy shots. Turvy would do best to go to a home with a fenced in yard or to a large SAFE property where he can get the exercise he needs.Adoption processOur adoption fee is $100, if the animal has not yet been spayed or neutered then we will give you a $30 certificate to use towards having this done. If you rent you must bring in written permission from your landlord allowing you to have a pet.Shelter locationWe are requiring applications to be submitted and approved prior to visiting the shelter. Directions to shelter:Go north on Main Street all the way to Johnston Road. Turn left and we are located on the right hand side of the road. We are open every day from 1 – 5 pm.
