Meet Redford, an 8 yr old medium sized pooch at 43 lbs. Redford was just saved from a local kill shelter on his last day. This older boy has a second chance at life and he'd love to meet you. In the shelter Redford struggled. He paced, he was anxious, he was aloof. He was temperament tested with an older female dog and staff finally saw him wag his tail. Now he is out of the shelter, we want to see him have love in his life, and know what it is like to be a cherished pet. Redford appears to be an independent dog, but as he is just leaving the shelter, we look forward to learning more from his rescue about his personality. If you can give an older dog a fresh start and wish to long term foster or adopt, please inquire for an application.
